As someone else wrote, I felt like it was a little more greasy than before. Has the supplier changed, or are the steamed and grilled versions sweeter? The atmosphere is still relaxed and feels like a local restaurant.

It's a fluffy eel. The sauce isn't too sweet either. . Three types of eel. You can also make a large serving of rice. I think it's a good idea to make a reservation.
