Hibi Hare Bare Shinjuku Google Average Rating

this was among the top dinners me and my friends had after a 3 week trip in Japan.
The service was very kind and helpful.
The food was absolutely delightful and creative in very delicious ways.
We tasted almost all the menu and we were highly satisfied.
All appetizers were amazing and we have almost no words to describe how good the sushi was. So we came here twice also for our last night in Japan. Def recommend 💯👌🏻
Payment with card was possible

The food was fresh and delicious, the staff were welcoming and helped us order.
Their signature rare meat tofu was incredible with the spice it comes with, and the melt in your mouth aburi salmon was divine.
We ordered the soft sake, and the pour was so generous! Hot sake is a must, as well as the plum wine 😍

Very cozy restaurant. It’s absolutely mesmerizing to see the food made in front of you and every dish is delicious.

Best sushi and sashimi in Tokyo. Love the place and the friendly staff!!!
