Absolutely fantastic hole in the wall restaurant in Hongo residential district. This restaurant’s chef worked as a French chef for a long time and now he is creating his own taste. Foods here is basically Japanese but you can see a French influence on it. Their signature dishes are Hide burger and Hide ramen. Hide burger is a simple salt flavored beef burger with fresh vegetables and Hide ramen is a noodles in thick creamy soup. It was pretty unique restaurant!!
