This is the best sushi in the world, providing me with the most incredible experience and emotions. I would travel all the way from Taiwan to Tokyo specifically for this place, as long as there's availability.

The owner-chef picks sake right for sushi.
Its spend is about 40,000-50,000yen/person.

Maybe the hardest sushi booking in Tokyo right now (I went 4 years ago and haven't been able to score a res since).
Some review complained about not being able to walk in, lol. This isn't Nobu bro.
Impeccable sourcing alongside solid sushi is the big differentiator for me. A lot of attention paid to variety, quality and progression. It ain't bad to see a whole katsuo get smoked over wara in the dining room, either.
Weird side note: seems they have a wide variety of French reds on the beverage list, and they are popular with regulars.
