One of the best dining experiences I've had in Osaka and Japan in near 20 years.

The ingredients carefully selected from Kanazawa, the owner's hometown, are served one after another, and I am impressed by the deliciousness and uniqueness.
The landlady is so funny

This is where I had my first stray katsuo.
It's amazingly fatty and I'm impressed.
I had a chance to eat at other restaurants after that, but I can't compete with this one.

All started at a counter with 8 people. A slight sense of tension. A special meal and excitement. You can tell that they put a lot of effort into preparing each dish. The soup stock in the bowl is excellent. You can simply enjoy seasonal ingredients. I want to repeat it.
