been here at August 2019.
they made kyoto-based japanese cuisine, but there's a kick of french style.
actually better than "michelin-starred" and ryokan restaurants. brilliant ideas and nice experiences. it seems they use local ingredients mostly.
mr. yoshihisa and his staffs are very kind for foreigners.

Each month's concept is decided, and the dishes will be provided according to that concept.
Everything is delicious, including the soup stock.
Try combining some ethnic spices with Japanese food.
It's delicious, huh? this is? The five senses are stimulated and it's a pleasure to eat.
The shop has a pleasant atmosphere, with Mr. Yoshihisa and all the other employees having fun working there.
This time I've been waiting for lunch for a year.
The reservations are fully booked and the next reservation date has not yet been determined.
I hope I can visit again someday.
