A well known Okonomiyaki restaurant in the area (Ishiuchi), local and family owned place with traditional and innovative flavors in the Okonomiyaki. Lots of vegetables and big portion. Restaurant is small and usually need to wait in order to dine in. Kitchen is always busy attending take our orders, which slows the flow to attend customers dining in. I recommend you visit this place if in the area. Very good.

I ate the salt mayo hijiriyaki.
My husband had the standard meatball soba.
It was delicious with plenty of green onions, but it was a little salty due to the salt.
It might be a good idea to eat it on a sweaty summer day.
It was fluffy, soft and delicious.
There was also okonomiyaki with mentaiko mayo and light plum.
I want to try that next time.

This okonomiyaki restaurant is run on the first floor of a large house in a rather difficult-to-understand location, and is visited by locals all the time, even on weekdays!

It seemed that if you were a single customer, you would be served in front of a cooking iron plate, and if you were with multiple people, you would be served at a table with a four-person iron plate (there were four of them).

The way to roast vegetables is to move them to different temperatures several times and check the roasting carefully.
The soba is made by pouring water over steamed noodles (thin Chinese noodles, perhaps?), loosening them, rounding them up, and pouring oil on them to make them a little crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and then drizzled with a little sauce. The combination of roasted vegetables was very delicious!
