Reserved online in advance a week before arrival. Their staff can communicate in English which is definitely a plus.
Each person required to order a set with 3 hamburger patties and all you can eat rice from the vending machine at the entrance.
Patty will be served one by one with different sauces to taste. It was delicious, very juicy and seasoned well. Rice is cooked well.
A wardrobe is available to store your coat and bags to insulate from the smell of charcoal and meat.

This is a backdated review. Went to Hikiniku with my hubby and son in March this year. Managed to make reservation online so no need to queue ( now they have changed their reservation system, all seats are available for online booking ). Initially worried that I couldn’t finish 3 meat patty however ended up I finished all cos it’s too yummy. The patty was juicy and succulent, variety of condiments to choose too. Will definitely visit again if manage to book a slot.

Meat and rice at it's simplest but what sets them apart is the wide array of condiments to add to your meal! Really transforms the flavours across a spectrum! Absolutely worth the hype from the food, the service to the overall vibe of the restaurant!
