Extremely fatty, savory, deliciousness!

I will say, this spot is definitely not for everyone. This place puts an absolute TON of pork backfat in the bowl, which is super rich and salty but absolutely amazing. You can customize the amount (picture shown is "normal") you can also customize the strength of the broth flavor, and the amount of garlic. The noodles here are thick and even the noodles themselves are dark and savory, so good. The pork is thick and fatty but also very salty and flavorful. I want to try their abura soba next time. Totally must try this spot if you prefer stronger flavors and fattier broths.

A different taste from the usual ramen places, the fat definitely makes it tasty. Wouldn't eat there on a regular basis but worth the try.
