I happened to find this restaurant when I was looking for crab dishes in Kanazawa.
In the end, it was a great answer!
Everything from the first crab chawanmushi to the last dessert was delicious and I was impressed.
I regret that I was so full of rice that I could only eat the first bowl of Kobako crab and the second bowl of salmon roe. .
I received a baked sweet potato as a souvenir, went back to the hotel, ate it, and was happy until the end.
If I come to Kanazawa again, I would like to make a reservation at this restaurant.

I am impressed by the hostess's thoughtfulness and the general's personality.
The food is seasonally colorful and very impressively delicious.

It was honestly delicious! ! The materials are being utilized! It doesn't look full! It was kind of soothing. I'm so full! ! I wanted to eat more of the last meal! !
It was delicate anyway. It's a much nicer restaurant than the photos I saw on Google. The price is also compared to Tokyo! Cheap.

Translated from Japanese:

I was able to meet the top 10 restaurants of my first Kanazawa expedition! I ordered white shrimp in advance, but it was a specialty to eat it with seaweed toast underneath! The toppings for the claypot rice at the end came out 4 different times...

First visit. I was also very pleasant when making reservations over the phone. We were told that we only had creative Japanese cuisine courses, but it was one of the top 5 most delicious dishes I've ever had. The last meal is cooked in a clay pot...

Translated from Japanese:

I enjoyed the dishes that made use of seasonal vegetables. The plates were also clean and presentable. Arano's sashimi was served on a houseboat plate, and the dish with multiple small plates on top felt like a reproduction of a garden with autumn leaves. Sweet whale miso...
