#Hirokiya Roppongi Review Summary

Caught by surprise by how amazing this place is. It’s recommended to book in advance though. This restaurant have a few location, we managed to book roppongi last minute.

Service is amazing, wait staff was very attentive and cool (I don’t know his name, but he got a lot of cool tattoos on him).

Food, mind blowing, simple but awesome.

Beef yuke, comes with plenty of chopped green onion and egg yolk. You can taste a hint of sesame oil and the texture still got a bit of chew to it.

Potatoes salad, same, amazing. There’s a bit of smoked (or stewed) beef in the salad which give it that distinct aroma.

Marinated ribeye, very tender and flavor with a hint of sweetness. Only down side here is I can taste the gas from the gas stove that they are using.

Kimchi, is highly recommended. This dish is my highlight! It super crunchy, fishy, sweet and everything you would hope for. Each vegetable has a distinct flavor to it. A MUST!

Ice cream, also great, not too sweet. It changes daily, so ask the staff.

Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND I WOULD COME BACK FOR MORE!

Best food I have ever eaten. The beef tartar was heavenly! I also loved the wagyu oyster blade steak. The flavors were out of this world. If I could eat something everyday for the rest of my life, it would be their beef tartar and their wagyu steak with rice.

Raw king crab - insane! 🤤 cozy little spot.

I struggle to put into words how impressed we were, with the food and the service, let alone the surprisingly reasonable prices for what was exemplary cuisine!!

Further let alone, the wagyu beef cuts we got!! 🤩
