Became independent from Kitashinchi Renshin,
A shop in Kyoto that is a wonderful renovated house
There is a good gap between the front appearance and the inside of the store?
You will feel that the food is delicious even before you taste it. ?
?I really like the atmosphere! !

My favorite conger eel is boiled and made into frites?
The cabbage garnish is so delicious that it's like nothing I've ever eaten before, and in fact, it's not even cabbage at all! ?
The "Kamayaki Yakitori" that has been made since Renshin's time was also juicy and delicious.
We had a wonderful time.

A chef who trained at famous restaurants such as Kitashinchi and Renshin will open his own restaurant in Kyoto in March 2023.

The omakase course is 25,000 yen. Everything was delicious, including the famous grilled pork! There were many combinations of ingredients that were new to me, so I had fun eating them.

You will be surprised by the attention to detail in the interior decoration and tableware.

This popular restaurant is already becoming difficult to make reservations for. If I have a chance, I would like to visit him again.

It was my first time there, and it seemed like it wasn't easy to make reservations, so I took them with me. Shiitake shrimp, grilled pork, smelt, crab, fried chicken, yellowtail, blowfish, 25-year-old Shaoxing wine, and the rice was yakisoba, milt soup stock, and fried rice with ankake sauce. It was delicious. It's a famous store!
