Hiroshima Okonomiyaki Big-pig Review Summary

Really enjoyed Big Pig. Located in the basement with a baseball sports pub feel. It's very large. English speaking staff. They have a English menu (but it's not complete like the Japanese menu). It's loud, welcoming, and fun. The food is really good too!
I ordered the cheese okonomiyaki and my wife the Hiroshima.
Both were fantastic 👏 waiting staff very helpful.
I suggest the sour lemon asahi as well very tasty, and our side orders just as good.
Left feeling satisfied and content, staff fairwelled us after my Japanese compliments.

This was probably the best soba I’ve ever had in my life yesterday. Service was great and although I am not fluent in Japanese, the servers were very patient and accommodating. Also the interior is decorated with all sorts of Hiroshima Carp memorabilia which was pretty cool

I was craving okinomiyaki and stumbled on this place omw to my friends. It's SO fun inside and the food was great! It's heavily baseball themed as I'm assuming the owner is a big fan and it just oozed personality. Loved this place and look forward to going back!

Exceptional okonmiyaki! The restaurant is detailed in a Hiroshima theme with Carp baseball games always on. The walls are painted in Hiroshima highlights with other TVs displaying Hiroshima tourism details. For Hiroshima transplants, Carp fans, or former residents, this is a home away from home. Will definitely return!
