I had dietary restrictions , they were amazing in changing few ingredients to accommodate me. The food is one of the best I tasted in Japan. Truly amazing. Ingredients are fresh sourced from farms.

It might be better if you reduced the amount of information a little and talked to me more slowly.

I had the pleasure of visiting you for a lunch course a while ago.
All of the dishes were made with locally produced ingredients for local consumption, and you could feel the dedication to the dishes ^_^
The salad without dressing was especially impressive. The natural flavor of the vegetables was strong and the ingredients themselves were delicious.
They explained the dishes in detail, and when I ordered a drink course to go with the dish, they clearly explained why it went well with the dish, making it easy to understand!
I would like to try the dinner course again next time.
