What an amazing experience! Starting from the chic entrance, the entire restaurant was perfectly designed and put together. Seating a total of 6 people at the sushi counter, it provides an intimate setting with you and the chef. They have unique cuts of seafood from start to finish... And the amount of detail that goes into every bite keeps you wanting more. Not only was the food amazing, but despite my lacking Japanese, the staff was patient and spent the time explaining anything I didn't understand. To top it off, they had pictures of fish with both the names in English-romanized Japanese and English which was extremely helpful.

Place is clean, nice counter. Very fresh ingredients and friendly family and staff. It is a bit pricy though for the amount and quality served. The place would have easily scored 5 if price was a bit more reasonable. Go for the sushi menu. No additions, this is when the doubling of bill happens

Food is delicious and you get a ton! We had to take leftovers. Well worth the price for a Michelin. Hitoshi and his crew are so sweet. They don’t know a ton of English but try their best. We had a lot of fun speaking nihonglish together. Well worth the experience. 10/10 recommend. All 6 of us were constantly saying “mmm” after every bite.”
