Hokkaido Ramen Himuro Review Summary

Was skeptical because of the mediocre score but was pleasantly surprised. Great miso ramen selection in a no frills old school gritty ramen shop environment. Zangi (karaage in Hokkaido) was crispy and juicy as well. Will definitely visit again.

accidentally came across this place. A simple ramen place with good and very helpful service.. I tried the Sapporo ramen.. the curly noodles, I rarely find with the right level of doneness.. plus you can add garlic.. the fried chicken and gyoza are worth trying, especially eating with the soup.. so yummy.. I will come back again.. thank you for making life beautiful

Very well represented the typical ramen in Hokkaido style. I ordered Orochon ramen (miso + spicy). Very well rounded and milky flavor. I added the gyosa and roce set and turned out a very good combination overall.

Stayed around Skytree and wandered into this small ramen shop for dinner. Was completely blown away by the flavours, quantity and fast service. I enjoyed it so much that I visited again. The food was unbelievable tasty, the broth flavoursome and the ramen just the right consistency.

I liked the egg and pork char siu (which were add-ons). And best of all they had beer on tap and frozen mugs for a nice cold beer!
