They serve Unaju quite speedy.
One of the option when I want to have Unagi at lunch time around Minato-ku.

The crowd seems to thin from 12pm onwards so that’s a safe time to visit.
Save some rice and ask for ochazuke at the end of your meal to be given a little teapot of eel broth. Pour that into your rice to finish your meal with a lovely eel porridge.
