    This place was recommended by my Japanese friend two years ago, but didn’t get to try it because that night got too busy.
    It’s a hormone bbq restaurant, so mainly serving hormone dishes, if you don’t like hormone I’m not sure if you gonna fit in to this place or not.

    Everything will be barbecued in front of you by the chef. They offer set menus that you can try to type of flavor hormones, black sauce and salt flavored. They will provided aprons to protect splatters.

    I visited Nikunabe Chiba in Sanjo, Kyoto several years ago.
    Lots of memories (lol)

    Although we were aware of our store, we were not lucky enough to have the opportunity.
    This is my first visit (lol).

    Although a few nostalgic long-established stores remain,
    I arrived while looking around at the Hyakken store, which had undergone a major change.
    It seems to continue to be popular and is fully booked.

    Starting with the Kyoto experience as mentioned above, we first ordered only the course.

    The salt was delicious.
    The sauce is really thick...it has a strong flavor...
    For shime, choose soba, which is unexpectedly correct!

    Well, is it a bad compatibility? And...Kyoto's hotpot is satisfying.

    Located in the alleys of Maruyama-cho, the club district and love hotel district, this area used to be a deep part of Shibuya, where underground casinos and hub bars were lurking, but now it has become a little-known spot with many good shops.

    Meanwhile, a famous Kyoto restaurant has arrived.

    The atmosphere is the same as the main store in Kyoto, with the staff at the counter cooking the food from start to finish.

    If you're visiting for the first time, the Chiba course, where you can enjoy rich salt and black sauce, is a good option.

    The course is already delicious from the stew of the appetizer. My foreign girlfriend wants to eat this so much that she wants to go to Chiba again.

    The meat juices that drip into the bowl will be used as the black sauce and sauce for the fried udon noodles that will be served later.
