    Nice flavor and great selection. In addition to their staple horumon plate, you can get sashimi-style meat here, and I would recommend the tan-sashi (beef tongue sashimi). Other selections here are fantastic. The only downside is the price. The price is fair, but only fair. Do visit with friends and family.

    I visited this restaurant with high expectations as it is a restaurant where you can enjoy mainly offal and yakiniku.

    I ordered `Yam Namul'', `Grilled Liver'', `Top Loin'', `Hormone'', `Marucho'', `Senmai Sashimi'', and `Mino Sashimi''. The restaurant used Yakiniku style using a roaster and had a homely atmosphere.

    • Grilled liver: This dish had a fresh and melty texture and was very delicious.

    • Top loin: The red meat had a strong umami flavor, giving it a classic Yakiniku flavor.

    • Hormone Marucho: The fat was juicy and the aroma when grilled was outstanding.
    • Senmai sashimi/mino sashimi: The unique texture and flavor are appealing, making this dish irresistible for offal lovers.
    • Yam Namul: It had a refreshing taste and was perfect between grilled meat.

    The rice was also very delicious, perfectly cooked, and went perfectly with the offal and yakiniku. This alone was a dish that made me feel satisfied.

    There was something a little disappointing about the customer service. There were many instances where the female staff members did not even say `welcome'' and were treated in silence, giving the impression that they were a little cold. I think I would have had a better impression if the customer service had been improved.
