Best Gyoza place in Japan and this is not a exaggeration. This establishment has been around since the day of my grandfather, passing down the art of gyoza making through generations, making all gyozas by hand. The Gyoza will come in Yaki (crispy) or Sui (steam) and I would defiantly recommend Yaki. Order 20 Gyoza with a draft beer. Paripari Yakisoba (Crispy Yakisoba) and Tamago Soup (Egg Soup) is 2 sides not to be missed.

You can make as many bite-sized gyoza as you like!
Visited Hyakrootei Imaike store.
It is also listed in Tabelog's list of 100 famous gyoza restaurants.
Visited after 6:30pm on weekdays.
It was full and there was one person waiting.
I was able to sit down right away.
I ordered 2 servings of 10 pieces of fried dumplings and zha cai.
The Bali soba looked delicious, but I had eaten quite a lot that day so I refrained from eating it.
Gyoza are bite-sized. A bean paste with a good balance of vegetables and meat.
It's delicious and you can keep eating it.
Thank you for the meal!

This famous restaurant, which always has long lines of people, has been selected as one of Tabelog's 100 Best Gyoza Restaurants twice in 2019 and 2021, and ranked first in Nagoya.
Order beer, fried gyoza, cooked gyoza, and Balinese noodles.
Bite-sized dumplings flavored with garlic,
Bali noodles have delicious filling!
Apparently they can only prepare 1,000 pieces a day, so they may run out before 8pm, so we recommend arriving early.
