Hyotei serves very delicious, traditional Japanese style breakfast. Obviously being a 3 star Michelin restaurant, the service and food quality is top class. So much detail and sophistication is put into each dish - can't imagine what lunch or dinner is like!
Tip: save the egg for the congee (rice porridge) at the end! It's great to eat together.
