The owner is friendly and he can make Onigiri for you if you are too full to finish the bowl of rice. Highly recommend!

I made a reservation and visited.
The shop is operated by only one owner, with only horizontal counters.
It's a calm space with jazz music.
First, draft beer
The first item is beef Achilles heel.
It is also called Hatsumoto or Korikori.
Followed by a glass of white wine
It's Chardonnay.
red okra
It was covered in oil from the beef tail and had a sticky texture.
Cheek meat with baguette
I haven't had much experience drinking it, but I tried the ``Chiyo no Fuji'' shochu mixed with hot water, which is named after the restaurant.
Chawanmushi with tail soup stock
The next drink is “Izumo Fuji,” a Japanese sake that also comes with Fuji.
The next dish is unique to a restaurant like this.
I thought it was an interesting way to present it.
The first to fourth parts of a cow's stomach and their joints.
Mino, Hachinosu, Senmai, Gyara
Perhaps due to its freshness and good preparation, it had a distinct sweetness and bitterness, each with a complex flavor.
tail soup
The combination of lily root, maitake mushroom, and mitsuba is amazing
Tongue tataki
chives on liver
skirt steak
It's completely different from what you'd get at a yakiniku restaurant.
salad
fruit tomato
The last drink is Daishinshu
grilled tail skewers
With radish and yuzu pepper.
Finish with motsu kamameshi
The rice was full of flavor.
This is high quality and delicious kamameshi.
I also froze the curry I received as a souvenir and had it at a later date, and it was so delicious that I wanted to buy it all.
