This is a restaurant where you can eat Hiroshima-yaki.
Hiroshima-yaki is a type of okonomiyaki where cabbage and pork are sandwiched between dashi broth and eggs and grilled on a griddle. You can add pork, seafood, rice cakes, cheese, and other ingredients as you like.
The difference between okonomiyaki and regular okonomiyaki is that the dough is thin and the ingredients are not mixed in from the beginning.
Top it with okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, dried bonito flakes, and other toppings, throw it in your mouth while it's still hot, and wash it down with beer, and you're in heaven. Please try it.😂😂

Awesome place. Had Hiroshima Yakima omellete style. So yum. It's a quiet place so all the better.

Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki with one topping and one drink is a good portion and is a good value for money, and it's okay if you don't have to pay for the drink.

The noodles are made by a professional noodle shop, and are somewhat thick and have a strong presence, but in the end, the sauce and mayonnaise come to the fore, so I don't really feel the flavor or texture, so it's just average.

That said, I was quite satisfied because I could choose the toppings and the amount included the noodles.

However, you can't pay individually and you have to pay in cash, which is old-fashioned and feels pretty lame even in Nishi-Shinjuku.

The key point here is that there is a smoking booth where you can smoke including paper and the volume.

At the end of the year, even those who had lunch before 12 o'clock could get in, so if you want to be seated early, you can.

Surprisingly, yakisoba may be good, but it seems that the cost performance suddenly deteriorates.

The inside of the store was clean.
The okonomiyaki was voluminous and delicious.
My clothes didn't smell bad after I left the store.
