Best Ramen I had in Tokyo. I can't eat onion or garlic (sibo), but the staff was able to accommodate me because the broth doesn't contain it by default (you add your garlic to taste). Much better than some of the big chain ramen I tried. Perfect flavour, rich, good saltiness. I'm making sure to review it so I can find it again on my next trip

    A very good ramen !
Important point: The staff is super welcoming, well done to them !
The Ramen, very generously served, the broth is rich, salty and fills the stomach well !
The noodles are very good !
The restaurant is big, so no waiting time for me.

PS : I go back regularly.
Stable flavor, always good ramen and good service !

Great service with friendly staff. Since they cook ramen one by one, you can select what texture of noodles which you preferred, the flavour of your soup, and the amount of oil above the soup. Soup is extremely delicious. Noodles is exactly ramen but not the thin one. We had vegetable ramen and pork (chashu) ramen, both are tasty. But do remember, their ramen come with quail egg but not chicken egg, which is smaller. If you would like to have a normal egg, should order additionally while you were doing your order in front of the auto-machine.

The ramen is good, but way too salty. I think there is no harm in letting the customer add salt on his own. There are a lot of condiments, and they are open late. The staff are very polite, even to foreigners who are less likely to care.

Stick-to-your-bones pork broth, thick noodles, and generous portions make this one of my go-tos. You can also get a free bowl of rice until 6pm, which is great for finishing the broth.
