Ikkyu Sushi Review Summary

Every bite was like entering heaven. The fatty tuna melted in my mouth. The buri was exceptionally flavorful and tender. The firefly squid, urchin, squid, and mackerel made my tastebuds dance! I wish I could eat sushi this delicious more often.

The owner and landlady, their daughter, grandchild, and other family members are the main staff here, and you can enjoy delicious sushi at a great value for money in a very homely atmosphere with friendly employees. Mackerel sushi is especially recommended as the meat is very large.

I was taken to a famous sushi restaurant that has been operating in Yamashina for a long time! ️

I think the market was probably closed due to the holidays, but all the ingredients were fresh and delicious! ️

The parking lot was small, but the store staff was kind enough to assist me.
