Il Bacaro Review Summary

Atmosphere of the restaurant reminds of Italy. That’s the best thing about this place. The price point for the quality of the food is quite disappointing. The pasta was a little on the salty side and the set menu that comes with the meat dish is just terrible. I can get better steaks at Saizeriya. The aperol was good but not good enough to make up for the bad meal. Not coming back. Seems to be popular but unsure why.

Good Italian restaurant. Pasta is delicious and large size is free. The price is not expensive.

I had lunch set here for 1040¥ with small salad, and drink all you can (Tea and Coffee only)

Carbonara I ordered was almost like ramen because it was filled with so much soup and tasted really bad... (large size free - Omori)

The have very spacious seating and it’s located at B2 floor.

Lovely hidden gem in the heart of Shinjuku! Authentic European standing bar atmosphere :)

Good Italian food with reasonable price. The design is cozy. Had a set lunch there and it was pretty good.
