I stopped by on a business trip to Tokyo. A restaurant where you can enjoy innovative dishes that combine oil, salt, and sushi by Italian chef Masayuki Okuda 🇮🇹
You can make your own sushi right in front of you at the counter, and the sushi is made with a variety of olive oils to match the toppings, making it recommended for those who are tired of eating regular sushi. I may have a preference, but I've learned a lot about food pairings after having it a few times.
It was also fun to pair it with white wine.
Dear staff, please take care of your body and do your best👍Thank you for the meal.

Lunch plum set.
You can enjoy sushi, pasta, bagna cauda, and soups.
This sushi is served with olive oil and salt instead of soy sauce.
It's refreshing and you can eat it all in one go.
Each vegetable is also delicious.
I often come here for lunch, but the dinner menu looks delicious, so next time I'll try it in the evening.

In addition to oil sushi, we also recommend reasonable snacks.
Personally, I like the stew of lamb; it has no odor, is fluffy and tender, and is just delicious to the very end.
It's a wonderful restaurant that feels like a fashionable izakaya, where you can easily walk in and the food that comes out is of the highest quality.
Let's go again.
