An Italian restaurant in Shinjuku Sanchome.

Invite a friend to visit.

All of them are impressive with careful work. I liked the pasta and shellfish.

・Aichi small sardine carpaccio
The sardines are topped with chopped grilled eggplant, and the sardines have a wonderful sense of togetherness.

・Herb Salad

・Surf clam mirugai
The lightly toasted beets and the creamy sauce are the perfect combination.

The impression is different from the so-called minestrone, but the gentle taste of vegetables and beans makes me want to eat it every morning.

The skin was crispy and it was finished like an acqua pazza

・Conger eel moroheiya cucumber
Exquisite pasteurization with a crispy surface and fluffy inside

・Abbettini Horse Mackerel Kyoshiro Eggplant
The balance and texture of the ingredients, just the right size. The harmony with pasta is also the best and you can enjoy it smoothly

・Lamb Zucchini Asparagus
Easy to eat without a habit in a good way!

・Peach Dolce
・Cookies Cranberry Raw Chocolate

One year after opening, it was immediately listed in the Goemiyo Guide 2022. congratulations.
This is my favorite restaurant in Shinjuku. The main course is fish and the amount is huge, making you very satisfied! I hope to visit you again soon.

A rare restaurant in Shinjuku where you can enjoy calm Italian cuisine and a multi-course meal. Probably 14 dishes in all. Desserts are also very satisfying as they come with multiple plates. On this day, a pufferfish milt that was just out of season came out.

Translated from Japanese:

There are many reviews praising seafood dishes, so I will omit them. 1kg of white truffles costs 800,000 yen. Still, it seems cheaper than last year. White truffle with a lewd scent...

Translated from Japanese:

I was surprised at how delicious it was. I never thought I'd find such a wonderful shop in Shinjuku 3-chome...I definitely want to go there again. The yellowtail was cooked perfectly, the inside was rare, and the vinegar-based sauce was refreshing. ...

Translated from Japanese:

I received a seasonal luxury course. I added white truffle to the pasta for 5,000 yen, and I think 3 glasses of wine cost just under 30,000 yen per person, so I think a glass of wine is about 1,500 yen. Starting with fish dishes with crispy and fragrant skin...
