Third time here at In Bosco and STILL LOVING IT. First two times I went for lunch and the chef prepared some delicacies that were exceptional combinations of Italian & Japanese cuisine.

The restaurant offers a very intimate space where you can chat freely with the chef, who is always happy to talk to you about the food he prepares.

Pictures shown here were taken the third time I went to In Bosco. The occasion was a surprise party I threw for my boyfriend. The chef prepared some good-quality food, making all of us feel extremely satisfied.

This restaurant deserves a 5-Star rating due to the atmosphere, the food, as well as the chef’s hospitality. I would recommend going here if you plan on celebrating your loved ones’ birthday or just simply want to enjoy a good meal.

Today's high-class white truffle course. 80% of the dishes are served with white truffle rubbed in a luxurious manner.
First, a case of high-quality eggs costing 11,000 yen and a total of 700,000 yen worth of white truffles will be delivered in a wooden box. This alone is impressive, but the first dish starts with caviar. Next is the fresh spring rolls, but all the dishes that follow, including filefish, chawanmushi, ankimo, risotto, hamburger, ramen, pizza, and ice cream, are covered in high-quality white truffles.
You can eat as much of the highest quality white truffle as you can and get full. It is said that some people get truffle sickness from the amount of truffles they eat. I ate as much truffle as I could.
The pairing course was created using both wine and sake, which matched perfectly with the food.
