Unfortunately the restaurant refuses to take a reservation for 4 foreigners with the excuse that because of language barriers they won’t be able to provide a good service.
Update: we got a table through our hotel concierge who came with us. The food was excellent and service really good.
Today with the use of translation apps it is more than feasible to attend non Japanese speaking guests. Also, I know the Japanese name of most nigiris and dishes and could make myself understood as I have in many other Japanese restaurants.
Some people are still stuck in the Edo period.

First time visit and pleasantly surprised at the freshness and quality of the food. The staff was even able to communicate in English which helped very much. The sake pairing made the dinner even more enjoyable.

I came to Hiroshima on a business trip, so I entered the store.
I heard from a junior from Hiroshima that it's better to eat seafood, so I went for sushi!
In the photo, the kiss, geso, and sea urchin nigiri were delicious.
The general will teach you various things.
The route to Miyajima the next day...
I think the price is reasonable.
If it's like this in Tokyo, it'll probably be about twice as expensive.
Highly recommended for business travelers!
