My favourite restaurant in Tokyo! I’ve returned four times over the years, and it never disappoints. The chef personally selects the freshest produce and prepares every dish himself, ensuring an exceptional dining experience. The waiter is incredibly warm and welcoming, adding to the restaurant’s inviting atmosphere. The authenticity and ambience are unmatched—truly a place I love!

Some places never change. I have been coming here for over 10 years. The Chef (who does all the cooking by himself) always shares the same enthusiasm and passion for pairing California wines with fusion dishes. The Sakura Ebi (mini pink shrimps) spaghetti are one of his signature dishes and were served with on orange wine. Oishii!

Went with a group of five women for lunch. Absolutely fantastic - food, atmosphere, service - all went beyond expectations, especially for a simple lunch service. The vegetables in the salad were crisp, fresh, and generous. The pasta was freshly made, and the ingredients were clearly selected for quality. The waitress took very good care of us, and did not rush us, though we did take time to chat and finish up. Much appreciated! Will go back.

We choose the Omakase course and were not disappointed. This place, while being on pricier side, will not let you down if you are looking for a nice dining experience with quality wine. We sat at the counter, which gives you the opportunity to observe the friendly owner preparing each dish. Highly recommend the pasta, wagyu and seasonal vegetables.

Meticulous prep with carefully chosen ingredients make simple sounding salad and pasta dishes rise to gastronomic levels. Check it out before the Michelin critics arrive.

Not to be missed: unique wine list for Tokyo w/ expertly chosen west coast wines. I wish I knew where he sources his bottles 😆
