On this day, I went alone to eat the lunch course.
A restaurant run by Mr. Yamada, one of the masters of Italian cuisine.
Although Mr. Yamada does not cook for lunch, his student Mr. Suzuki also serves dishes of very high quality.
I like everything about this restaurant, from seasoning to pasteurization.
Of course, I like the gentle seasoning of Japanese cuisine, which makes me feel relieved after finishing a course, but at this restaurant, each plate has a rich flavor that makes you say, ``It's delicious!''
I also love the atmosphere of the restaurant, including the chef.
I hope Chef Yamada stays healthy and continues to cook for another 30 years lol.

[A master in front of you]
The exterior looks like a small multi-tenant building, but is there really a master's shop here? It looks like that, but when you get off the elevator, the chef will welcome you over the counter with a calm appearance. It is the most luxurious space where a great master who can be called a legend now acts in front of you with a light talk and a variety of exquisite dishes. The course ends with pasta and you can decide the number of grams yourself. The normal course pasta is about 30g, but it seems to be more even if you are full. If it's nearby, it's a restaurant I'd like to visit every month

A restaurant in Akasaka where you can casually enjoy dishes prepared by famous chefs at reasonable prices.

The legendary chef Hiromi Yamada is friendly and easy to talk to, and he will liven up your dining experience.

Recommended for those who want to casually enjoy delicious, elaborate cuisine and delicious drinks.

Lunch seems to be even more reasonable!

I went to Infinite Hiro in Akasaka. The lunch menu is drawn on the blackboard and changes every day, but you can also request it. So, this time I'm going to make a rare dish using olive oil that emulsified the main pasta...

I met a special person. This is the restaurant of master chef Yamada, and he was there for lunch today! As an appetizer, warm vegetables are hidden under the homemade ham that is freshly sliced in front of you. ...
