Although Mr. Yamada does not cook for lunch, his student Mr. Suzuki also serves dishes of very high quality.
I like everything about this restaurant, from seasoning to pasteurization.
Of course, I like the gentle seasoning of Japanese cuisine, which makes me feel relieved after finishing a course, but at this restaurant, each plate has a rich flavor that makes you say, ``It's delicious!''
I also love the atmosphere of the restaurant, including the chef.
I hope Chef Yamada stays healthy and continues to cook for another 30 years lol.
