I can definitely say that it is a sophisticated Nouvelle Chinois. It was nice to have each item served one by one behind the counter, and it was a great place to relax and enjoy your meal. There seems to be a semi-private room with 6 seats, but if you push yourself, you can seat up to 8. Since I had lunch, I didn't include alcohol this time, but I would like to have dinner next time! Thank you for the meal m(_ _)m

Just a few minutes' walk from Ningyocho, there's this Chinese restaurant. I heard that it's owned by Chef Takase, who has experience in restaurants within the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and the Tokyo Station Hotel.
Every dish served was high quality, with satisfying amounts, tastes, and appearance.
The staff was attentive and offered service on par with that of a first-class hotel.
I'd like to visit again if I get the chance.
