This time I ate a large serving of chashu noodles. I went because I was hungry.
In terms of cost performance, it's the most expensive of all the menus, so it's usually enough to satisfy your average taste. I think you can tell from the photo that it's the best chicken bone white pork chashu noodles with 4 pieces of huge grilled pork belly, classic seaweed, green onion, and seasoned egg (with a hint of sesame oil and Ajinomoto flavor)★Thank you for your meal. m(_ _)m
This is a popular restaurant that always has a steady stream of customers, but the turnaround time is very quick, and I think the turnover rate is also fast because the food is always presented perfectly and the food is served very efficiently.
Also, although it sells out quickly, the tsukemen (cold) here is the best! ️

~Ramen 100 Famous Stores WEST~
《Ramen specialist Ipushi》
"Charshu noodles 1,050 yen"
This time, we visited 100 famous stores again.
The other day, when I was touring Hyogo's 100 Famous Ramen Shops, I visited Ipposhi in Rokkomichi, where I burst into tears as the soup ran out early.
On another day, I headed to another store but was rejected, and as I was wondering where to go, I suddenly thought, ``Ipposhi-san, maybe I can make it in time?'' so I visited Recovery & Revenge.
There were a few people waiting outside, but the noren curtains were still out, so I was relieved!
I lined up at the end of the line and waited for about 10 minutes before entering the store.
The order was ``Charshu noodles''.
Wait for a while and get the rice bowl~🍜
【visual】
Beautiful circular pieces of pork belly chashu are spread out at equal intervals, and half a bowl of brightly flavored eggs.
First of all, the arrangement is careful and you can tell from the appearance that it looks delicious!
【soup】
First of all, the soup...
Hmmm!
The rich chicken broth soup is full of the flavor of the chicken, and is rich and surprisingly easy to eat!
I thought garlic would go well with this soup, but I had been eating garlic ramen every day, so I was feeling overwhelmed on this day. .
【noodles】
The noodles are medium-thick straight noodles, and the soup absorbs well, so the flavor of chicken spreads in your mouth with every slurp!
【topping】
Pork belly chashu is thinly sliced, so it's very easy to eat. It has a great flavor that doesn't overpower the soup, yet doesn't overpower it!
Chashu noodles was the right answer!
Completely finished~
Oh my, it was delicious!
It was a feast. 😋
