Rich flavor broth, 4 kinds of meat cooked in perfection plus truffles! We waited 2.5 hours in line because we came around 11:30 AM, and there are only 10 seats available. I'm glad the staff did a really great job, monitoring the line. They even remind customers who are done eating and just 'socializing' that there are people waiting outside. Taking photos of the open kitchen is also prohibited. Better to come mid-day to avoid the long line.

Translated from Japanese:
We had the special porcini ramen and the yuzu salt ramen.
Special porcini ramen
It was a soy sauce ramen with a deep and refreshing taste, while the taste of porcini was firmly felt.
Truffle paste feels truffle insanely.
It's a separate attachment, but if you like it, I think it's good to taste it at your favorite timing.
Duck char siu, chicken dumplings, shrimp dumplings, roast beef, and boiled eggs were all delicious and soft.
Yuzu Salt Ramen
You can also feel the scent of yuzu in the refreshing ramen, so this ramen is recommended for those who like yuzu.
