Charcoal-grilled Kappo Ishii. I was able to enjoy the deliciously grilled dishes.
There are plenty of seasonal ingredients, and you won't be disappointed in any of them.
The general and staff are both energetic and pleasant.
They seem to have a lot of Japanese sake, so I wanted to enjoy it more❗
Is it a problem that there are so few types of shochu?


Both the hospitality and the food were impressive.
The atmosphere was great, and the food and drinks were in excellent condition.

The moment I stepped into the interior, I got the impression that it was a Kappo restaurant in Kyoto.

I thought it was rare to find a kappo restaurant that specializes in charcoal grilled food.

I had paid for the meal in advance at Ikkyu Restaurant, so
The receipt only listed drinks.
If you have made a similar reservation in the future and would like a receipt that includes the cost of the food, it may be a good idea to let the staff know in advance.

The food was very good. However, one of the people in another group who had made a reservation at the same time was delayed, so I had to wait for him.
First drink is available 10 minutes after entering the store.
I had to wait about 20 minutes for the first dish.

I wanted it to come out first.

You can feel the sense of season and playfulness throughout the tableware, and it was a content that was sure to please all five senses.
