I stopped by for lunch at 2:30pm on a public holiday.
A pleasant scent of dried sardines leaks outside the store.
I opened the door on the back side away from the street, stood in front of the ticket machine, and punched in the 750 yen Chinese soba small (green onion only).
There are many customers sitting at the counter, so you have to go outside and enter through the glass door near the open seats.
I ate here at Ito 13 years ago. It's been quite a while.
The counter, which can seat about 6 people, is as small as ever.
The cup that came out looked simple with green onions on top. The noodles are medium-thin noodles with corners and are hard-cooked and have a good texture. The almost gray soup has a mild sweetness and a rich flavor of dried sardines.
It was delicious. Mr. Gochisou.

This store is located in a place where you might walk past it if you don't know where it is. There is a ticket vending machine inside the store at the back of the alley.

I went there for the first time in a few years and it was very delicious and the taste was the same as before. I ordered "Hinai chicken soba (large size)" with dried sardines and Hinai chicken soup. The flavor is perfect, and the flavor of the Hinai chicken is added to make it a very delicious soup.
However, if you make a large portion, it feels like there isn't much soup. I wish they would add more soup if they had a large portion.
