An amazingly unique and unforgettable Kaiseki experience!
Dining in early November, we got to experience and appreciate some of the finest and most unique Japanese ingredients. All meticulously prepared and explained by the young talented chef & his team who were professional and lovely.
Fusion of Japanese, European & Chinese genres, every dish was a wow and a tastebud adventure. You can really see the chef honing in on the natural flavours of the beautiful ingredients and you really note the earthy qualities of his dishes.
Even the drinks were lovely (we had a delicious locally made umeshu that had shiso in it and tried a delicious sake recommended by the chef himself).
Throughout the night, the chef engaged and had lovely conversations with us, making the dining experience relaxing and intimate.
As the night concluded, the team let their hair down and had some fun selfies with us and even escorted us out to our taxi.
Was one of our best dining experiences to date. Will definitely be back when we visit Japan again!! Thankyou Chef Noguchi & team for a memorable dining experience!

I went to Ito slightly more than a week ago on a Saturday night before I flew back to Hong Kong the next day. I enjoy fusion food a lot. I saw this lovely hidden gem that serves one-of-a-kind kaiseki cuisine on a booking website and decided to give it a try. Indeed, it was an incredibly enjoyable dining experience!

Ito is truly a hidden gem because its name is not at the front door, the restaurant simply lets its ambience and enticing menu speaks for itself which is what I appreciate about this restaurant. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was greeted warmly by Chef Noguchi and his team. Dinner consisted of 11 dishes prepared skillfully by Chef Noguchi and his team. Every dish was served in beautiful Japanese tableware like a piece of art and was wonderfully delicious! I love all of the dishes. They also have a selection of very nice sake from which I ordered a sparkling one and a Juyondai.

I read online that the restaurant intentionally uses the hiragana いと which represents connection and affection in Japanese. Indeed, this restaurant is an amazing place to meet new friends (I did make friends during the dinner!) and to share your love in gastronomy. I am very grateful for Chef Noguchi and his team for their warm hospitality, especially Chef Noguchi for sharing his passion in cooking during our conversation (wish my Japanese was better so as to learn more from the Chef!). I would certainly come back to Ito soon next year and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys creative, one-of-a-kind Japanese cuisine where food and art connect.

ご馳走様でした.どうもありがとうございました!

Absolutely amazing!! We went with a 2yo toddler and were served in a separate room, which was very convenient. We were offered some kids books and the waitress was even playing a bit with our daughter, was very sweet.
Every dish is a discovery of different and quite unusual flavors, beautifully served and incredibly delicious. Service is just beyond any expectations, we were absolutely amazed at how considerate everyone was with us until the tiniest details. The chef came upstairs to serve the rice dish, which was great. It was pleasure to talk to the chef and staff, very welcoming and friendly. And super passionate about what they do, you can feel that. The quality of ingredients and all the explanation they give for every dish is impressive.
Thank you for making such an amazing food experience!
