I was invited to a popular Italian restaurant in an area I was interested in, and I was looking forward to visiting it for the first time (^^)♪
Thanks to a reservation made by a regular customer of this restaurant, we were able to sit at the precious counter seat and enjoy a lively meal (^^)♪
Moreover, the chef's wife is a sommelier, so we asked for a wine pairing to enjoy the food♪
I love the counter where you can enjoy the open kitchen with the pleasant sounds and aromas of cooking♪
60's mid-century furniture is placed throughout the store, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere filled with excitement about the course that is about to begin (^^)♪
What's more, there were 3 tables seated around the counter, and I felt that the chef was there to explain the dishes to all the tables, which was great considering it's a popular restaurant (^^) ♪

It was my first time to eat a combination of Shinko eel and corn like a spring roll, and I wondered if it would be okay, but when I ate it, it turned out to be really delicious! ️
Itsuki's specialty prosciutto ham is sliced with a slicer on the counter just before eating, and when I flipped it over, wondering what kind of bowl it had been served in, there was a boldly cut red eggplant underneath. (´∀`)♪
The heat of steaming the red eggplant melts the fat in the raw ham, and the perfect amount of salt complements the flavor of the red eggplant, making it delicious! ️
The dishes were made with luxurious seafood such as black roe, black abalone, and sea urchin, served with innovative sauces, and were full of fresh flavors, allowing us to fully enjoy the flavors of the 100 Famous Italian Restaurants (^^)♪
The main dish is Mikawa beef, and the counter is the best, as you can smell the delicious grilled meat during the cooking process (lol).
The sauce is low in fat and has the sourness of the tomatoes, which is exquisite and I'm so impressed that it's Itsuki magic (´∀`)♪
Even the pasta at the end was perfectly seasoned and well-cooked, and it was so delicious that even Raota would be impressed (≧∀≦)
