From the appetizers, is this amount good for this price? It was such a salad. Each item is made with great care, and this is reflected in the taste. The meat and garlic rice were delicious until the last dessert! From now on, it will be difficult to get reservations.

Actually, I don't really like the taste of soup stock made from shellfish, but as the master said, I didn't mind the taste of shellfish that much, and it was a delicious soup that still had a lot of flavor. I had the impression that they used the flavor of the food without sacrificing it, such as pouring the juice from the mushrooms over it again, and placing bread underneath so that the juices from the steak soaked in. The belly part of yellowtail is also very delicious. I didn't know that. My partner doesn't like wasabi, but he really liked the mountain wasabi that was served as a condiment for the roast beef. Although he doesn't really like roast beef, he said it was the one that impressed him the most. There was also a la carte, but there didn't seem to be many of them, so I thought the courses were a good choice for those who wanted to enjoy the food. It will fill you up quite a bit.
Actually, I used to live in Hachimanyama, so I thought if there was a master who was so particular about cooking, I should have gone to a Hiroshimayaki restaurant. Teppanyaki Izukawa is located a 15-minute walk from Takaido Station, so I thought it might be a little far, but that didn't really bother me.

I used it again for my junior's birthday celebration. It was a monthly course, so I was very satisfied with the taste, which was different from the last time❗My juniors were also happy👍I was also pleased with the thoughtfulness of the birthday plate. I’m looking forward to the next course menu~☺
First visit
A new store that caught my attention every time I passed by. The store is brand new, with a large iron plate right in front! The open space feels soothing. The ingredients are fresh and of high quality, and the cooking method is very careful. Your taste buds will be delighted with the wide variety of menu items. The cost performance is also good~ 👍The cooperation between the general and his wife is also good, and the service is great! The best.
That's right, the shime jajangmyeon uses Fujinomiya yakisoba noodles, so it's quite filling! delicious. It was a complete meal, including the exquisite pudding.
There are two disappointing points. First of all, the spoon you use when cooking fish❗I want you to change that part because it's hard to drink delicious soup😭It's hard to scoop, so I wish there was something that could scoop a lot.
I also felt that the garlic rice needed an extra pinch of salt. As a sake drinker, I like strong flavors, so I was grateful to have salt and pepper to taste.
Anyway, decided to repeat. It was a very satisfying dinner for the whole family 😍😍😍
