Jade Garden Review Summary

Surprisingly authentic cooking by a Japanese chef of Chinese dishes. We loved almost every single dish apart from the shrimp dish which imo is intended for non-Chinese taste. Good service but they close their kitchen very early at 8 pm already.

Absolutely delicious and such a wonderful experience. The pork & cabbage was so flavorful and the rice with saury & ginger was great.

Nice upscale Chinese restaurant in the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Shinjuku, Tokyo. Well-prepared and well-presented dishes. Walk-in or reservations. (I highly recommend the Calon Segur split bottle. An excellent cabernet sauvignon if you are in the mood for a red wine. It needs a few minutes to open though. )
