Hello 😊 This is Gachi Gachi Research Institute 😊

I was introduced to it by a customer of mine about six months ago, but I couldn't get enough of it...
I heard that your husband passed away during that time.

I wanted to meet you...

Rumor has it that the shop is now run by volunteers.
Special coffee and cheesecake recommended by our customers ✨
It was very delicious✨
You can also see that they are very particular about how they brew their coffee.
This is how skills are passed down 😊

Thank you for the beautiful scenery ✨

A famous store that used to be located on Namiki Street. Ever since I learned from a friend that it was still open in Furue, I have been visiting it every time I have the chance. It's a blissful moment to enjoy black Nell Drip coffee carefully brewed by the master while enjoying delicious handmade cakes from both standard and seasonal menus. I also love the cafe crème, which is filled with real fresh cream.

We also sell coffee beans and tools. The beans I bought here rise really well when I brew them at home, and although they don't taste as good as the ones brewed by the master, I highly recommend them.

While observing the master's efficient movements, I rubbed the heavy counter table made of a single board, enjoyed the feel of the backrest of a vintage Marni wood chair, and wondered if it was possible. Perhaps, I looked at the light from an antique mushroom-shaped table lamp. Coffee and cake are served on Royal Copenhagen and Ginori tableware, so you can enjoy a quality snack time for adults.

The moment it comes out, you can smell the pleasant aroma of coffee.
The taste of the cup is also nice.
Coffee and cigarettes go together, but is smoking allowed here?
No one smokes so I'll refrain from it.
When I took a bite, I realized that this is a dark roast.
(Even though I don't really understand it)
A deep bitter taste and aromatic aroma will pass through your nose.
I would like some kind of knob.
Enjoy the aroma and sip it slowly.
There is no BGM, but
Classical music or jazz would probably go well with it.
In a calm atmosphere,
time passes slowly
I think cigarettes go best with coffee.
(Sorry to all the smokers)
That doesn't happen here
I took my time to enjoy it and came out.
Yes, to smoke. Come out and puhah!
The bitterness of coffee that remains in your mouth
Combines the smoky feel of tobacco
The inside of my mouth is jazzed up.
