A special dish for a special day.
This course is my favorite. You can enjoy the taste of the ingredients. The presentation is beautiful and the staff are attentive.
I especially like the lobster chawanmushi (it's on the menu every time) because of its amazing aroma.
Regarding that lobster steamed egg custard, could you eat it in a slightly larger bowl?
