Every dish was beautifully designed with heavy japanese aesthetics.
The fresh ingredients were top notch among Japanese cuisines I’ve ever had.
Highly recommend!

The service staff are appropriately friendly and approachable, but also very polite and make you feel at home.
I think the staff's casualness in a good sense, and the politeness and respectful behavior that underpin that casualness, make it a place where you can relax and spend time without straining yourselves.
The collaboration dinner with the sake brewer, which is held approximately once every two months, is designed in a variety of ways, such as using the brewer's local ingredients.
In addition, you are often served a treasured alcoholic beverage that is difficult to drink on a regular basis.
Since you can communicate with the brewer in detail, you can listen to various stories and learn from him, so you can enjoy it not only with your eyes and mouth but also with your mind, so it is a very valuable and meaningful opportunity to experience more than just the price. .

When it comes to Japanese-style afternoon tea, Kyoto Aman offers Japanese and Western seasonal dishes, but this one has almost all Japanese-style dishes. Moreover, both sweets and savouries have seasonal flavors, so you'll want to try them! But when you eat it, it disappears! It was a battle (lol)
The season I visited was autumn, and I was able to fully enjoy the precious ``autumn'' in the midst of abnormal weather that is becoming limited to summer and winter. When the season changes, I would love to visit you again!
P.S: The all-you-can-drink drinks are a must-see and must-drink! There were many variations of tea that I had never seen before, and I realized once again that there is still much of Japan that I don't know about!
