First class afternoon tea with a great variety of foods. I love that they focus on not adding too much sugar. And they held up the promise. It was all super delicious and creative. Great experience with a wonderful relaxing ambience

8 minutes walk from Minato Mirai station!

I visited [Japanese Restaurant Hama].

This is a Japanese restaurant inside ``The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama,'' which was opened in September 2020 by Resort Trust Co., Ltd., which operates ``Bay Court Club.''

For more than half a century, The Kahala Hotel & Resort is a luxury hotel in Hawaii that has welcomed the President of the United States, dignitaries and celebrities from around the world, and continues to attract many people.

The hotel maintains its home country's concept of ``Timeless Luxury,'' and has a reputation for providing a wonderful time filled with hospitality.

Japanese Restaurant Hama is located on the 3rd floor of The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama.

The interior of the store has a sophisticated and luxurious feel with a vast water garden, and the design that takes advantage of the brilliance of the water surface is overwhelming.

It is also reassuring that all the rooms are private rooms and can accommodate from 2 to a maximum of 10 people, so they can be used for a wide variety of purposes.

The person appointed as head chef is Nobuhiro Aoki, who previously served as head chef at Japanese Restaurant Arai at Central Hotel Yokosuka and head chef at Kanedanaka Kusa at Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel.

This time, I requested breakfast during my stay.

Below are the contents and impressions received on this day.

The menu, which pursues the charm of Japanese cuisine without trying to be eccentric, is both thorough and thorough, but also has a warm and gentle calmness.

I was particularly impressed by the combination of the morning Hamanabe, which brings out the flavor of abalone and clams, and the freshly cooked ``Inochi no Ichi'', which has large grains and a distinct sweetness, and the rich ``Keju Tamago'' hot egg.

If I have a chance, I would like to come again for lunch or dinner.

It was a feast.

I went there because I was invited by a customer.
It's a restaurant that is very difficult for me as a commoner, but I enjoyed my meal in the private room.
Anyway, the soup stock at this restaurant is absolutely delicious.
Also, ``salt that is not salty.''
Hate? However, since the salt is very mild, the taste was gentle and very delicious.
The service is also attentive, which is a perfect score.
The cooked rice was delicious, but I ended up leaving it behind. Very disappointing!
