Great unique dining experience. Not very often one scrap off the negitoro yourself. The other dishes are also solid!

Good food! Course menu is really a good value for money. They serve fish backbone to scrap off meat, which you can eat as Sashimi as well as other style such as sushi, tataki etc. Shellfish and cooked fish are also served.

This is 5 only because 6 stars is not an option. It was a unique culinary experience. Great service and atmosphere. Very authentic feeling created by staff that explain how to enjoy some of the food. The all you can drink option is a nice plus.
