The shirasu bowl is good.

When I looked for ramen in Kanda to fill up my stomach before my trip, I found Akabane's personal favorite, Ito.
This way.
Time limit is 12:20
It seems to be okay somehow.

There is only one staff member who appears to be a foreigner.

I was hesitant to order Niku Soba for a moment, but I thought the plain ramen was good, so I went for it.
order
・C Lunch Chinese soba (medium) + whitebait bowl 1,100 yen

Arrived rice bowl
Visuals are simple! That's just green onions.
It's really delicious when you try it
My memory of Akabane was that it was a little more flavored with dried sardines and a little more pokey, but this one was easy to eat and delicious.
And what was surprising was the shirasu bowl! It was more filling and delicious than I expected! There's no way it wouldn't fit. Whitebait.

I wanted to eat the main dish for the first time in a while.
By the way, when I left at 12:00, the restaurant was full with people coming in one after another.

[Revisit] 2023-10-02 (Mon) 12:00

All the restaurants in Kanda at this time are crowded, but there are no lines and the turnover rate is about 90%, so although they are sometimes full, it is relatively easy to get in.

It was a one-off operation by an Indian or Nepalese clerk.

The taste is a refreshing and clear flavor of dried sardines ramen.

The portion was not very large and I finished it quickly.

Thank you for the meal.

[First visit]

A restaurant that serves dried sardines ramen with a sophisticated atmosphere.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, all restaurants are having a hard time attracting customers after the evening, and this restaurant seems to be the same.

However, it was nice to be able to take a closer look at the ramen while there were no other customers.

At first glance, when I saw the soft smell of dried sardines and the leaden color of the soup, I thought, ``This is dried sardines ramen that has both acrid and bitter tastes!'', but... When you try it, you will notice that the taste has been completely removed, leaving only the pure scent of dried sardines intact.

The taste is not harsh or wild, but rather has a balance of umami and saltiness that is not overpowering, giving it a texture similar to Japanese cuisine.

I had the 850 yen (small) ramen with 4 pieces of pork belly topped with chopped green onions for 150 yen.

Although the amount of soup is a little small compared to the amount of noodles, it goes well with the thin noodles that are boiled to the default firmness.

If you don't mind the lack of vegetables, you can leave them out, but for me, I liked the flavor better with the addition of green onions.

I'm interested in the mini rice bowl on the side menu, so I might visit again.

Visited for the first time around 11:30 on the first day of the holidays.
It seemed like it was before it started to get crowded, so we were seated right away.

The store is small with only a counter.

Meat soba medium and extra meat (6 pieces) extra soup
Ordered boiled eggs.

The rice bowl arrived in less than 5 minutes. early!

The noodles are thin straight noodles.
Soup with elasticity and chewy texture
It connects well.

The soup is dried sardines.
It has a very rich flavor and is delicious!

The only toppings are chashu pork and green onions.
It is simple yet highly complete.

The chashu is so creamy!
If you add more meat, 10 slices of char siu will be amazing🥰

Boiled eggs are half-boiled, and when you break them, the yolk spills out.

Everything was delicious and very satisfying!

Go outside and look at the signboard, lunch set menu
Looks like there is

It was a store I would like to visit again.

Thank you for the meal😋
