This picture is the ramen I ate, it looks like the large size right? Actually no! It’s medium. This place is one of my favorite ramen place since you can get up to 1 kg worth of bean sprouts for free on top of your noodles. Plus the garlic. That was nice combination. I would recommend if you ever go to Jinbocho to go here as a part of Japanese souvenir for yourself.

Noodles were thicker than usual. Soup was dense and tasty. Clean place.

The shop this time is [Kai Jimbocho].
Located in Jimbocho is the second branch of Takadanobaba's popular ramen shop Watanabe.
The location is a short walk from Jimbocho Station.
There are many popular ramen shops on this street, and most of them have long lines on the way to Kaya-san. It's quite a ramen battleground.
The time was around 11 o'clock.
Luckily there was no line and I went straight into the store. By the time I left the store, the store was filling up. Nice timing.
I bought the flavored tamagoyaki pork sardines Chinese noodles.
The atmosphere of the shop is somewhat Watanabe-san-like, and it feels like a Chinese soba stall.
After waiting for a while, the ramen arrived.
Large cut green onions
It feels like Chinese soba.
looks tasty.
Let's have it then.

★・Ajitama grilled pork and dried sardines Chinese noodles ¥1250
Take a quick bite of the soup...
Oh! Refreshing dried sardines!
This is delicious!
A soup made with dried sardines that has a refreshing and beautiful fragrance and a strong flavor of dried sardines.
There's quite a bit of oil in it, so it's rich and well-balanced.
The noodles are stiff and curly.
In terms of taste, it's quite similar to Jiro noodles, and people who like that type of noodles will find it irresistible.
The amount of noodles is quite large, making it extremely satisfying.
The char siu also has plenty of braised pork loin and pork belly. There's also diced chashu as an extra, and it's much more substantial than it looks.
It was a great ramen that had a solid punch even though it wasn't a strong flavor.
Thanks for the meal.

I had always been interested in this store, but I had never been able to visit it.
A gourmet lover I met the other day told me this was his favorite ramen shop, so I immediately visited.
I quite like Jiro style, especially the noodles.
However, recently I've been giving up on Jiro's bulky and greasy foods because they're too old-fashioned, but this is good.
It's light but very filling.
I will come again.
Well then, thank you for the meal.
It was delicious.
