The hidden but popular Chinese restaurant at Kagurazaka
Once you open this door, stylish restaurant appears It’s so Tokyo I guess

The foods are reasonably good

This place is definitely a hidden gem!

Two people casually
It's becoming more and more famous,
He no longer answers the phone, and even when he does answer,
It's fully booked until late.
That day, I decided to go there around 9:00pm.

The shop has no signboard and is completely located in a room in a multi-tenant building.
When you open the door, you'll see a counter with about 8 seats.
It was a surprisingly spacious restaurant with three tables in the back.
The mode is the best with warm and dark lighting!
If you go on a second date, you'll definitely be happy!

There is a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, and there is a small amount of a la carte, too.
If it's your first home, you'll probably have a lot of fun!

◯Junbar meatballs 880
Grated ginger seasoning, Japanese pepper hemp,
Addictive meatballs with the acidity of black vinegar and the sweetness of sugar
The meatballs are deep-fried on the outside and have a dense texture.
The inside is chewy and soft.
The chunky pork fat brings out the richness of the pork, and it really does look like the real thing!
Personally, I would like to add a little lotus root.

◯Wonton with plenty of sesame water 880 yen
It's a little thicker than a small wonton, but
Wonton wrappers are just the right thickness.
simple minced meat sauce
Black sesame paste, white sesame paste, white ground sesame, chili fragrant oil
This is nice too ♡

◯ Offal stew 980
It was different than I expected (lol)
I brought out the offal soup stock,
Smooth soup-based offal stew
Serve hemp with plenty of Japanese pepper,
Chili peppers are long ones like chili peppers or chili peppers.
Two types of short red lanterns or small warheads.
It's not pork, it's made with Wagyu beef hormones, so it's a little fatty.
Even if you use it, it will definitely be delicious ✨
