We were visiting Tokyo and were in the area. Thought of checking out the food halls in the shopping malls and went to Ginza Six (basement 2). Unlike other places in the world, this is not really a food court, it has a few bakeries, a wine shop, a whisky shop, a cafe and only one small restaurant with 8-10 seats serving a Chinese style food (most dishes with shark fin), which is delicious. Prices are not cheap but the quality is good. Very good service and English speaking too (inclusiv written menu)

I used to always go to the Omotesando Hills branch. So I am glad they finally open a “ramen bar” in Ginza Six. I went there during weekday lunch and it was not busy at all. If I’m craving shark fin ramen, this is where I will go. Reasonable price for a decent size shark fin. The soup and the noodles are delicious as well.

Kageyamaro GINZA SIX
A restaurant where you can eat delicious shark fin noodles.
I ate at the Jiyugaoka main store once before, so
I wanted to eat it again so I visited the GINZASIX store.
The branch is also delicious.
The noodles are thick and tangle with the soup, and you can even taste the shark fin.
This soup is delicious.
It's even better if you add red vinegar too! !
Let's go again 😆

I've been curious about it every time I go to GINZA SIX, and I finally decided to go. I ordered a set of shark fin stew soba and warm vegetables. The soba noodles and warm vegetables arrived in less than 5 minutes, and I ate them right away. Just one bite was so delicious that I felt happy that it was worth the price.
But... Within a few minutes of eating, 6 foreigners arrived. I am caught between 4 people and 2 people. I think it's typical of his country, but he started a conversation with me in between, spitting loudly, and I felt terrible. He was pointing at what I was eating and saying something. I didn't want to take my time so I ate and paid the bill. I felt very sad even though it was a store I had always wanted to go to.
I guess I should have told the clerk at that time that I would be moving to the corner. The waiter was in the middle of eating, so I guess he was considerate and didn't suggest moving seats. It's been 2 days and I'm still confused. If this ramen was around 1000 yen, it would be a bad timing, but the price is just the price.
